LEGO Donated to Play Space

About a month ago my daughter Isabelle attended a birthday party for her friend Ella at Play Space in Raleigh. We used to go to Play Space years ago but hadn’t been since they moved to their new larger location. Play Space is a non-profit and always looking for assistance. While I was waiting for the birthday party to conclude I asked the woman working the desk if they would be interested in a LEGO donation. She wasn’t sure but told she would ask the director when she had a chance. So I left my name, number, and e-mail address and a few days later received a nice e-mail from Patty Wilson indicating they would love to have some LEGO.
This past weekend the kids and I packed up a box of loose bricks which I had concluded I would never sort along with some old Creator sets which were never opened and took them down to Play Space. Patty was very appreciative of our donation, we gave them about 25 pounds of LEGO which will immediately be put to use.
