I started Lego trains a few years ago with the Hobby Train (in fact I ended with four of them...) and I was never convinced by the train sets since. I got the Emerald Night recently and this is one on the most beautiful lego set I have, but as you said, individuals cars sets would be nice... Those two new sets (plus the station) looks really great, I think I'll get them both ! And seeing they are arriving with the PF systems on City sets is good. This is an amazing news for me !!!
